CLICK & COLLECT
in 3hrs from Local Branch
****Due to current circumstances your collection order may not be ready within 3 hours. The branch will phone you to confirm a time slot for collection***
Our Click & Collect service allows customers to choose and pay for products online and then collect them from branch for free, allowing you more time on the job and less time waiting at our branch.
We aim to have your items ready for collection within three working hours of receiving your order. This is subject to stock availability and opening hours.
When placing a collect order you will be prompted to select a single branch to collect from.
Orders can only be collected from 7:30 until 5pm. Orders made by 2pm will be ready for collection in branch from 7:30 am the following day.
You will receive an email confirming you have placed your order and when your order will be ready to collect. We will also call you once the order has been made up and is ready for collection.
When collecting your order we need to see a copy of the confirmation email; printed or electronically, and a valid form of I.D; for example a driving license. We cannot release orders to courier companies or 3rd parties who are unable to provide the correct information needed to verify them. If you do not have adequate ID we will contact the person who placed the order to confirm they are happy for you to collect the goods on their behalf.
If your order has not been collected within 48 hours of receiving confirmation that your order is ready to collect, a member of branch staff will be in touch. We can only keep orders for 5 working days, after this time the stock will be re-allocated and the branch will be in contact to arrange a full refund.
Latest Covid News - Friday 29th May
We reopened our branches on a delivery only basis on the 4th of May and now feel we can safely open for collections from Monday 1st June. We will revert back to our normal trading hours Monday to Saturday, from this date onwards.
During the last 4 weeks, we have implemented our new ‘Safe Systems of Work Plan’ and ‘Branch Operating Procedures’. These have been put into practice to test the effectiveness before we welcome our customers back on site. We do ask however that you show some patience and understanding in that we will not be able to provide the full access that we have always operated previously.
We will be operating an appointed time for collections policy, although we will, at all times, seek to provide some flexibility. To enable maximum efficiency, we ask that you phone in advance, or use the website to place click and collect orders which will enable our yard and warehouse staff to pre-pick your order and have it ready in the designated area for collection.
Our main priority remains ensuring we protect the health, safety and welfare of our staff, customers, suppliers, and the wider communities in which we operate. We are adapting to the changes necessitated by the COVID-19 virus, but we also realise that this applies to everyone. Should there be anything you believe would improve how we implement our new operating procedures, or that we must equally respect when delivering to your premises, please do contact the Branch Manager of the Branch you deal with
