Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service allows customers to choose and pay for products online and then collect them from branch for free, allowing you more time on the job and less time waiting at our branch.

We aim to have your items ready for collection within three working hours of receiving your order.  This is subject to stock availability and opening hours.

When placing a collect order you will be prompted to select a single branch to collect from.

Orders can only be collected from 7:30 until 5pm.  Orders made by 2pm will be ready for collection in branch from 7:30 am the following day.  

You will receive an email confirming you have placed your order and when your order will be ready to collect.  We will also call you once the order has been made up and is ready for collection.

When collecting your order we need to see a copy of the confirmation email; printed or electronically, and a valid form of I.D; for example a driving license.  We cannot release orders to courier companies or 3rd parties who are unable to provide the correct information needed to verify them.  If you do not have adequate ID we will contact the person who placed the order to confirm they are happy for you to collect the goods on their behalf.

If your order has not been collected within 48 hours of receiving confirmation that your order is ready to collect, a member of branch staff will be in touch.  We can only keep orders for 5 working days, after this time the stock will be re-allocated and the branch will be in contact to arrange a full refund.
